Not Your Average Joe is partnering with DRS and Pre-ETS to offer Work-Based Learning Internships for up to 120 hours of paid employment. This is a temporary internship and will end when 120 hours have been worked. Eligible students are those who meet the following criteria:
- Enrolled in school (can be college, high school, or homeschool)
- Ages 16-21
- Have an IEP, 504 Plan, or a documented disability
- Able to care for their own, personal care needs
- Easily redirected (not aggressive)
- Not at risk of running away
