Explore Rhode Island's nationally designated Wild & Scenic Rivers with the Wood-Pawcatuck Watershed Association (WPWA). Identify bugs with your feet in the water, listen to birds or frogs while paddling a kayak, and even explore the pond and river for turtles. The group may simply observe and be mindful of their surroundings, or delve into the science of water quality, life cycles, ecosystems and more. WPWA Members have unlimited access to kayaks, two-person kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards and more. Guided paddle trips and education programs can be scheduled with staff. Connect with WPWA by emailing info@wpwa.org
