Morning taekwondo classes are available to homeschoolers on Tuesday and Thursdays from 10:45am -11:30am. Students will test for their belts at their own pace. As they gain confidence and proficiency in more and more difficult skills (kicks, forms, and physical fitness), parents will notice an increase in coordination, balance, stamina, flexibility and focus. Regular classes provide ample opportunity for peer socialization and guarantee a consistent physical fitness program.
