This pottery school offers homeschool pottery classes in wheel throwing and hand-building for children ages 6-teens. They emphasize a well rounded program to enrich students with knowledge about ceramics. Students will learn about kilns, glaze formulation, and various equipment, including the clay extruder, slab roller, and pug mill. Stoneware clays that are ovenproof, microwave, and dishwasher safe are used in the classes.
