This resource is a baton twirling class. It is a great form of exercise in teaching fitness, stretching, basic dance skills, marching, and rhythm. Students learn to build fine and large motor skills and improve hand-eye coordination. Baton twirling also teaches memorization in learning routines. Most importantly, students learn social skills, teamwork, and make lifelong friendships.
