Teaching parkour and freerunning classes to students ages 4 and up. These classes follow a curriculum that focuses on improving balance, coordination, strength, agility, full body awareness, confidence and creativity through skills such as running, jumping, rolling, safely landing, swinging, climbing, flipping and more. Students are taught in a 10,000 sq ft training facility specifically designed for the sport of parkour and freerunning. A sample of the equipment students train on are Olympic-sized trampolines, foam pits, gymnastics spring floor, and a Ninja Warrior training area.
