Philadelphia Gymnastics Center specializes in professional gymnastics instruction to children. The goal is to make available to each student the benefits of excellent gymnastics instruction, enabling students to improve coordination, build confidence and self-esteem and develop an excellent foundation for a physically healthy way of life through gymnastics. Classes will focus on basic body awareness, coordination, flexibility, strength and agility. Skills which are the building blocks for all sports, plus physical fitness!
