Not Just Dance Theatrical Arts Studio Home School Class

Fuel your passion for Musical Theatre through a unique home school program! Students will conduct character analysis and show research from unfamiliar musicals to understand how to audition for that show through selection of songs and monologues. They will learn how to pick the right cut of music. They will continue to work on understanding character development through use of scene work. They will also work on the combination of vocals and choreography. Specific exercises will hone students musical theatre skills by working on listening and reacting, how to develop characters, body awareness, creativity and the importance of dance and character work within a song. The class will culminate in a final performance for family and friends.
