This unique hybrid program is a fitness resource that will promote the foundational movement skills and healthy habits needed for every child to improve their overall fitness and build a love of exercise. Children with athletic aspirations will develop the fitness needed for success in sport-specific play while reducing the risk of injuries associated with early sport specialization.
Children will build the confidence to take ownership of their fitness journey with fun, self-guided home exercise programs that they can do with minimal assistance and no special equipment. Children will also develop social and teamwork skills during monthly in-person group, game-based sessions where they will come together in the gym and use the superpowers they’ve been developing at home. Each month will focus on a different activity for your child to master like crawling, squatting, jumping, speed, balance, coordination and more! The skills build on each other for endless variety and fun. Children who complete all programming and attend the in-person session will earn a Certificate of Completion for each skill.
