The mission of Mindful Warriors is to inspire positivity and growth, and promote yoga in an interactive and fun way for the youth of today. Providing yoga in a safe, nurturing, noncompetitive space help prepare and support children in their journey to achieve their fullest potential both physically and emotionally.
Mindful Warriors builds self-confidence, positive body awareness, strength, and flexibility in an encouraging environment through practice of yoga poses, affirmations, mindfulness and games. Children are the future and Mindful Warriors is committed to help each and everyone one of them learn their self-worth and appreciate their own uniqueness.
