Research confirms what the great martial arts masters have claimed for decades:
"The martial arts can help develop both better bodies and better minds and may lead to a better, more peaceful society!"
The youth program draws on aspects of various martial arts to provide children with a well-rounded and eclectic martial arts experience: brazilian jiu jitsu, kickboxing, judo, wrestling, and self-defense. The program uses a “work a little – play a little” teaching philosophy to allow students to bond, have fun, and enjoy their martial arts journey!
Core to the program are life skills critical to a successful transition into adulthood:
Improved Discipline
Boosted Social Skills
Encourages Physical Activity
Learn to Set & Achieve Goals
Increased Esteem
Instill Respect
Teamwork
Etiquette
Confidence
Positive Peer Group
Classes are ongoing with opportunity for group specific sessions throughout the day.
