Maryland Exiles Youth Rugby

Founded in Bethesda, Maryland in 1971 at Walt Whitman High School, Maryland Exiles Youth Rugby is made up of high school and middle school aged boys and girls from Montgomery County, MD. We welcome both experienced and beginner players of all shapes, sizes, and levels of physical condition. Homeschooled students are welcomed!

Our goal is to foster the growth of a club with student-athletes from diverse cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our goal is to provide our players with the necessary skills and opportunities to build a team focused on understanding and cooperation both on and off the field. As we introduce the game to new players it is our hope that when they move on from our team, they will embrace our club core values of teamwork, discipline and commitment for the rest of their lives.
