The staff has been trained in several different types of therapies. We specialize in working with children and teens.
We have developed a special program, Martial Arts & Mental Health, a non-profit 501c3, which is highly successful. We have been offering this program for 10 years and we get great feedback from the parents and organizations that refer participants to us.
The goal is to allow individuals to get social skills, teamwork, physical activity, develop self-confidence, self-control, and have fun while doing it.
It is a combination of Experiential and Cognitive therapy. Itis not Karate Kid or Cobra Kai.
