The Green Wave Young Men's Group in Panama City is designed to support the physical, social, spiritual and emotional development and well-being of young men aged 11-17 through psychotherapy and life-skills techniques. Led by Rob Gambrell, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, this program aims to provide a safe and supportive space for young men to explore their emotions, build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and acquire essential life skills. The curriculum emphasizes the importance of self-awareness, emotional regulation, positive relationships, and personal growth. There will be 3 groups that meet weekly. Group A will be for young men aged 11-13, Group B will be for young men ages 13-15 and Group C for those ages 15-17 .
