What is KidStrong? KidStrong is an innovative 360-degree synergy training program designed to develop mental, physical, and character skills in kids from ages 15 months to 13 years old. A science-based curriculum, leveraging experts in the field of pediatric occupational therapy, sports physiology, and physical education.
How does KidStrong work? Children are exposed to challenging physical skill progressions, mental activities, and character development during 45 min classes.
Classes are designed to: Develop confidence, leadership, teamwork, and problem solving skills, through mental and physical challenges
