Individual music lessons, orchestras, ensembles, chamber music and summer camps

The Community Music School of Webster University (CMS) celebrates 100 years of providing exceptional music education to students of all ages and skill levels since 1925. Over 90 faculty (85% with advanced degrees) offer individual music lessons, early childhood classes, Suzuki Strings program, sequential orchestra program for school-aged children (String Ensemble, String Orchestra, two full orchestras), chamber music, including the Preparatory Program for advanced students, the CMS Jazz Collective, and summer programs.

The Community Music School of Webster University offers lessons in two locations: the main location on the campus of Webster University and in Chesterfield in the Strauss Center for Music in Faust Park. Early childhood classes in multiple locations.
