High Altitude Archery

This activity is a great alternative physical education activity that helps students center their mind and body as they approach the sport of archery. High Altitude Archery focuses on target archery and the training of competitive target archers. Archery works well for those who may not be attracted to other team sports, as the focus of archery is the individual's approach and process.
