Haus 021 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Haus 021 provides a unique Brazilian Jiu Jitsu curriculum for children’s learning while endorsing a playful methodology. An important part of our curriculum emphasizes playing to allow children to explore, expand their knowledge, promoting children’s skills in problem solving, decision making, self regulation, self esteem, taking risks, developing interests, and practicing their social and emotional skills; all while developing their motor skill capabilities, learning self defense and sport jiu jitsu.

Our well oriented and highly skilled approach helps them build confidence, critical thinking, empathy, a sense of community, knowledge about life on and off the mats while learning the beautiful martial art called Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
