Tryon Palace, North Carolina’s first permanent capital, is looking for volunteer gardeners. The Palace grounds have over 16 acres of gardens that need to be planted, weeded and trimmed throughout the year. Volunteer duties may involve planting, weeding, clearing debris, cleaning pots, and raking. No prior experience or skills are required. You will be taught what you need to know!
