This elective home education program is designed to provide an enjoyable, energetic & engaging experience in fitness & sports. For students ages 5+, their indoor and outdoor curriculum covers traditional land sports: soccer, baseball, hockey, lacrosse, and football, and the playground favorites kickball, dodgeball & wiffleball. Children will also participate in age-appropriate strength and fitness stations and a mental wealth component (meditation, yoga and breathwork).
