The Fox Valley Youth Orchestra program consists of three primary ensembles under the direction of highly talented educators and inspiring conductors. Our Inizio Strings and Youth Sinfonietta groups are designed for elementary and middle school string players, while our Youth Symphony is geared towards high school age students who play string, winds, brass, and percussion instruments.
Our groups rehearse on Monday evenings at Aurora Christian Schools in Aurora, IL. There is a main concert each semester as well as a week long summer camp each June. We are actively looking for interested and motivated students who wish to grow their skills in a fun yet challenging environment. The Fox Valley Youth Orchestra is a part of the Fox Valley Music Consortium and is based in the Aurora Fox Valley Community area.
