EAA Young Eagles Rally at Leesburg International Airport. The EAA Young Eagles program has introduced over two million children, between ages 8 and 17, to aviation. Volunteer EAA pilots provide free airplane rides to area youth at monthly Young Eagles rallies. Local EAA Chapters also hold monthly aviation educational programs. Parents may wish to take advantage of these opportunities for their children.
