Days End Farm Horse Rescue Homeschool Classes

Allow your child the opportunity to learn all about horses through Days End Farm Horse Rescue's (DEFHR's) Homeschool Education Program. This program was designed exclusively for homeschool students and allows participants the opportunity to learn about equines by working hands-on with DEFHR's own rescue horses. Topics are different each month, but in each session, students participate in an hour of classroom instruction followed by an hour-long, hands-on activity to reinforce the lesson. Topics include: grooming, leading, hoof care, digestive system, dentistry, psychology, and more!
