This program is a two-hour nature class designed for homeschooled students ages 6-12. Outdoor Nature Education in a 300-acre natural preserve.
Objectives include learning to use a compass, working as a team by building a shelter together, learning the seven principles of outdoor ethics, plant identification, birding, hydrology, and more! Additionally, the program extends to mountain biking classes during the day, for an opportunity to expand the learning from nature education to sports and outdoors.
