Chicago Jazz Philharmonic has developed new short-term virtual music programs as an alternative option to our full-year Jazz Alive residencies, so that schools/homeschoolers that can't incorporate a full-year program are still able to provide music education for their students during school hours.
Ranging from 4-6 sessions each, the programs offered are:
Scratching the Surface: the Five Elements
Spontaneous Composition: The Art of Improvisation
Creative Production: Self-Expression in Digital Music
Music and Culture
Music and Social Justice
