Brooks UMC Hybrid Homeschool Program partners with parents to homeschool their student grades 1-8th in a small in-person classroom of 7-10 students. Students meet for classes Monday-Thursday, 8-2pm, August-May. Qualified and experienced Homeschool moms or dads function as your students tutor. In this model, students thrive in the small class setting, while parents have the time to focus on other responsibilities.
Curriculum is pre-selected by the teachers and include: Saxon Phonics, Saxon Math, IEW, The Well-Trained Mind, Easy Grammar, Daily Grammar, Sonlight, Notgrass, and other tried and true curriculum geared toward the homeschooled environment. Teachers work closely with the students and parents to meet the individualized needs of the student, while functioning as a classroom. This empowers the student with friendships, healthy competition, and peer inspiration. This program is not affiliated with any public school.
