Brooklyn Apple Academy is a Homeschool Resource/Community center providing part time full day classes to homeschool families, and free community meetups and events since 2011. Their home base on 5th ave. serves as a Self Directed Education environment, students meet with staff at the beginning of the day and discuss what kinds of projects/experiences/adventures they would like to manifest and staff make sure the kids have the tools, materials, and advice to make it happen.
