BECAUSE I ROCK is a women owned company with a goal to open up the earth and let students take a look inside. We are crystal miners and own a mine in Georgia. We bring domestically mined crystals to schools and events with an educational lesson on mineralogy.
Our class is a mining adventure without the dirt and travel. We leave mud on our crystals and let students wash them off. They all go home with their own gem and will forever be changed by learning what grows beneath their feet.
