I used this with my older children. We, and our homeschool friends in our co-op, just loved it. Our kids would have discussions on what they learned and what they thought about it, and we moms didn't instigate those discussions, either.
Good vocabulary pages, which was a place where I was weak in our homeschool. Good questions which brought out important information and how that plays out in real life today. They brought out some people in history I'd not ever heard of and I had thought I had a fairly good education.
I switched to a different curriculum for my last child because I think that's what she needs, and I'm happy with that curriculum, but just seeing this curriculum up here for review brought back many fond memories.

I love Greenleaf Press publications. My kids and I have been through Old Testament History 3 times so far. This is a great way to study the Old Testament (which will help your children to understand Jesus and the New Testament). We learned so much about the Bible.
