Homeschool Legal Advantage (HLA)

State of Nevada - Notice of Intent to Homeschool
From the Nevada Department of Education. Complete a separate Notice of Intent Form for each child. The form is required for children from ages 7 to 18 only. This is a one-time filing and does not need to be refiled unless the name or address of the parent or child changes, or the child is reentering homeschooling after being enrolled in public school.
State of Nevada - Notice of intent of Homeschooled child to Participate in Programs and Activities
From the Nevada Department of Education. This form must be filed annually with the local district for any homeschooled child requesting participation in programs of special education, or any classes or activities, or sports or interscholastic activities and events, at a public or charter school.
